Our clients are people who have a spinal cord injury, and to support their independent lifestyles Origin provide specialist live-in care, to help them complete everyday tasks within their own homes.

The role of a live-in carer, also known as a PA, is enjoyable and offers a rewarding and variable career. Sometimes this is part of a career plan but often a short term or gap year, life changing experience.  Working as an Origin PA may even provide you with skills that will further your education or future career. Whilst sometimes challenging it is a genuine opportunity to make a real difference to someone else’s life as well as your own…and get paid for it.

As an Origin PA you will receive the following enviable benefits:

With clients across the country, in cities, towns and rural villages our carers have the opportunity to travel and experience a range of placements, meeting and supporting different clients.

To work as an Origin PA you must:

  • Hold a full, clean driving licence that enables you to drive a car in the UK
  • Be able to work in UK
  • Be able to speak good English
  • Be aged between 21 – 55**

*Based on £137 per day
